Secure Document Upload (Verifyle Instructions)

At The Tax Office, we use Verifyle to give our clients a safe, encrypted, and convenient way to upload all tax-related documents. This allows you to receive full tax preparation services without needing an in-person visit, unless you prefer one.

How the Process Works

Option 1 — We Send You an Invite (Most Common)

  1. After your appointment is scheduled, we will send you a Verifyle invitation to the email you provided.

  2. Click the link in the email to create your secure Verifyle account.

  3. Once inside, you will automatically be connected to our office.

  4. From there, you can upload W-2s, 1099s, tax forms, IDs, and any additional documents needed for tax preparation.

Option 2 — Create Your Own Verifyle Account & Connect to Us

If you already have a Verifyle account, or prefer to set it up yourself:

  1. Go to Verifyle.com and create a secure account.

  2. Once your account is active, use our direct Verifyle link to connect straight to The Tax Office.

  3. After connecting, you can upload your documents at any time.

  4. We will be notified instantly when new files are added.
